Gender Divide Course
Mobile technologies are transforming lives globally, yet many women remain excluded from their benefits. The gender gap in access to digital technologies limits women from particular socio-economic contexts and their communities from using them and achieving their actual potential.
This course, funded by USAID through the Mobile Solutions, Technical Assistance, and Research (mSTAR) project at FHI 360, equips development practitioners with the knowledge to address these disparities. Participants will:
Understand the barriers women face in adopting digital tools.
Learn the wider impact of the digital gender divide on communities.
Gain strategies for incorporating gender considerations into digital programs and projects.
