Belinda Baah

Associate Consultant

Belinda Baah serves as the Ghana Country Director for Panoply Digital (PD) Ghana, leveraging her expertise in equitable digital transformation, tech for development, and research and policy. In this role, she supports diverse organisations in achieving their goals, including co-leading the development of digital transformation training materials for public servants in Ghana, Malawi, and Senegal.

Belinda is also the Co-Founder and Director of Wellness and Economic Justice at BRK Ujima, an anti-racism training and consulting organisation re-imagining diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in workplaces. Her contributions at BRK Ujima include leading training sessions and implementing HR-rewiring initiatives to help organisations transition to genuinely equitable workplaces.

In addition, Belinda is a Co-Director at the Innovation for Policy (i4Policy) Foundation, where she co-leads the organisation alongside her two Co-Directors. She spearheads the Foundation’s well-being processes and its work on feminist innovation policy while supporting policymakers and ecosystem stakeholders across Africa in entrepreneurship and innovation policy development through training, advisory services, and knowledge sharing.

Previously, Belinda worked as a Policy Lead at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), focusing on the role of technology in accelerating development across Africa. Her projects at TBI spanned fostering Africa’s tech ecosystems, evaluating the efficacy of mobile money, and exploring the transformative potential of digital identity.

Belinda also honed her expertise at the GSMA, where she contributed to mobile money initiatives, including the delivery of mobile-enabled humanitarian cash transfers. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Economist/Principal Banking Officer and Head of the Policy, Analysis, and Systemic Oversight Section at the Bank of Uganda during her tenure as an Overseas Development Institute (ODI) Fellow. She holds an MSc in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester.

Belinda is also a qualified yoga teacher and trained in Reformers Pilates, integrating wellness and support into all facets of her work.
