Ronda Železný-Green, Ph.D.

Chief Learning and Data Officer

Dr. Ronda Železný-Green is a changemaker creating social and human learning systems that empower women, people with disabilities, and other marginalized populations. Her work focuses on helping governments and others make sense of the complex challenges we face with AI, data, and digital, and driving meaningful change through learning and experimentation in ways that create people-centered policies.

With over 20 years of professional experience spanning five continents and multiple sectors—public, private, and civil society—Ronda brings a unique global perspective to her work. A bilingual professional (English and full Spanish proficiency) and a Black and Indigenous woman, she has extensive experience delivering action-oriented policy training and implementing action research in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Hallmarks of her career include:

• Learning with/from and educating governments with tech and data,

• Championing, coaching, and mentoring women in tech and data, and

• Empowering individuals and governments to leverage emerging technologies as transformative tools to live their best lives.
